Tax Exempt Customers

If you are tax exempt, please provide your state sales tax exempt or resale certificate by emailing it to the address below.

Bethyl Laboratories is currently not liable for collecting sales tax in all states. Therefore, if you are taxable and we don't collect sales tax, you are liable for paying your own state’s sales tax.
