InhibiTaqTM Master Mix

Inhibitor-tolerant PCR Master Mix

Inhibitors can be a major challenge in nucleic acid amplification, particularly in PCR and qPCR assays, where even trace amounts of inhibitors can compromise the sensitivity and accuracy of the results.

InhibiTaqTM from Fortis Life Sciences is an advanced PCR master mix resistant to a broad range of common PCR inhibitors. InhibiTaqTM Master Mix is compatible with endpoint and real-time assays and can be used in conjunction with RTScript reverse transcriptase to detect RNA and DNA. This helps improve the accuracy and sensitivity of nucleic acid amplification reactions.
