Rabbit anti-ABC50 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-999A maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human ATP-binding cassette 50 using the numbering given in entry NP_001020262.1 (GeneID 23).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ABC50 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-999A-T maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human ATP-binding cassette 50 using the numbering given in entry NP_001020262.1 (GeneID 23).
Additional Product Information
ATP-binding cassette sub-family F member 1 (ABCF1) is also known as ABC50 and belongs to the adenosine-triphosphate-binding cassette (ABC) family of transporters. ABC transporters are categorized into seven subfamilies: ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and white. ABC50 is a member of the GCN20 subfamily. Unlike other ABC family members, ABC50 is not a membrane-spanning protein. ABC50 has been found to play a role in translation initiation and interacts with eIF2.
Alternate Names
ABC27; ABC50; ATP-binding cassette 50; ATP-binding cassette 50 (TNF-alpha stimulated); ATP-binding cassette sub-family F member 1; ATP-binding cassette, sub-family F (GCN20), member 1; TNFalpha-inducible ATP-binding protein; TNF-alpha-stimulated ABC protein
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
