Rabbit anti-ABC50 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00588 maps to a region between residue 795 and 845 of human ATP-binding cassette 50 using the numbering given in entry NP_001020262.1 (GeneID 23).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ABC50 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00588-T maps to a region between residue 795 and 845 of human ATP-binding cassette 50 using the numbering given in entry NP_001020262.1 (GeneID 23).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
ATP-binding cassette sub-family F member 1 (ABCF1) is also known as ABC50 and belongs to the adenosine-triphosphate-binding cassette (ABC) family of transporters. ABC transporters are categorized into seven subfamilies: ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and white. ABC50 is a member of the GCN20 subfamily. Unlike other ABC family members, ABC50 is not a membrane-spanning protein. ABC50 has been found to play a role in translation initiation and interacts with eIF2.
Alternate Names

Applications
Epitope exposure is recommended.
Epitope exposure with tris-EDTA pH9.0 buffer will enhance staining.
Likely to work with frozen sections.
In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
