Rabbit anti-ATXN7L3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A302-800A maps to a region between residue 297 and 347 of human Ataxin 7-Like 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_001092303.1 (GeneID 56970).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ATXN7L3 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A302-800A-T maps to a region between residue 297 and 347 of human Ataxin 7-Like 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_001092303.1 (GeneID 56970).
Additional Product Information
Ataxin-7-like protein 3 (ATXN7L3) is a component of the transcription regulatory histone acetylation (HAT) complex SAGA, a multiprotein complex that activates transcription by remodeling chromatin and mediating histone acetylation and deubiquitination. Within the SAGA complex, ATXN7L3 participates in a subcomplex that specifically deubiquitinates both histones H2A and H2B [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q14CW9].
Alternate Names
ataxin-7-like protein 3; SAGA-associated factor 11 homolog
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
