Rabbit anti-CA150 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-360A maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human Transcription Factor CA150 (Transcription Elongation Regulator 1) using the numbering given in entry NP_006697.2 (GeneID 10915).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CA150 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-360A-T maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human Transcription Factor CA150 (Transcription Elongation Regulator 1) using the numbering given in entry NP_006697.2 (GeneID 10915).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
CA150 has been identified as a transcriptional cofactor that functions as a corepressor of Tat-activated and C/EBP-activated gene transcription. CA150 also has been shown to interact with RNA polymerase II and the splicing factor SF1 to function in transcription elongation and pre-mRNA splicing.
Alternate Names
CA150; co-activator of 150 kDa; TAF2S; TATA box binding protein (TBP)-associated factor, RNA polymerase II, S, 150kD; TATA box-binding protein-associated factor 2S; transcription elongation regulator 1; transcription factor CA150; Urn1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
