Immunogen was a recombinant protein representing the extracellular domain of human Integrin alpha-X (aka CD11c, residues 112-355, NP_000878.2).
Additional Product Information
CD11c is the common name for the integrin alpha X chain protein. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen and mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses. It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis. Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
