Rabbit anti-CD27 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-380A maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human CD27 Molecule using the numbering given in entry NP_001233.1 (GeneID 939).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CD27 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-380A-T maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human CD27 Molecule using the numbering given in entry NP_001233.1 (GeneID 939).
Additional Product Information
CD27 is the receptor for CD70/CD27L. It may play a role in survival of activated T-cells.It may also play a role in apoptosis through association with SIVA1 [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P26842].
