Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CD27 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A304-380A maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human CD27 Molecule using the numbering given in entry NP_001233.1 (GeneID 939).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CD27 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A304-380A-T maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human CD27 Molecule using the numbering given in entry NP_001233.1 (GeneID 939).

Additional Product Information

CD27 is the receptor for CD70/CD27L. It may play a role in survival of activated T-cells.It may also play a role in apoptosis through association with SIVA1 [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P26842].

Alternate Names

CD antigen CD27; CD27 antigen; CD27L receptor; S152; S152. LPFS2; T cell activation antigen S152; T14; T-cell activation antigen CD27; TNFRSF7; Tp55; Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 7; tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 7

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
