Rabbit anti-CSTF50 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-251A-T maps to a region between residue 381 and 431 of human cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 1, 50kDa using the numbering given in entry NP_001315.1 (GeneID 1477).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CSTF50 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
CSTF50 is one of three subunits that comprise the cleavage stimulation factor (CSTF) complex. CSTF is part of the polyadenylation machinery that adds adenylate residues to the 3’-ends of eukaryotic pre-mRNAs. In the CSTF complex, CSTF50 interacts with CSTF77 (CSTF3), and CSTF64 (CSTF2).
Alternate Names
CF-1 50 kDa subunit; cleavage stimulation factor 50 kDa subunit; cleavage stimulation factor subunit 1; cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 1, 50kD; cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 1, 50kDa; CSTF 50 kDa subunit; CstF-50; CstFp50
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
