Rabbit anti-DTL/CDT2 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-948A maps to a region between residue 680 and the C-terminus (residue 730) of human Denticleless Homolog (Chromatin Licensing and DNA Replicating Factor 2) using the numbering given in entry NP_057532.1 (GeneID 51514).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to DTL/CDT2 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-948A-T maps to a region between residue 680 and the C-terminus (residue 730) of human Denticleless Homolog (Chromatin Licensing and DNA Replicating Factor 2) using the numbering given in entry NP_057532.1 (GeneID 51514).
Additional Product Information
DTL/CDT2 is a component of the CUL4A-DDB1 E3 ubiquitinating complex and plays a role in downregulating CDT1, an essential component of pre-replication complexes (Pre-RC) that ensures the genome is replicated only once per cycle. As part of the CUL4A-DDB1 E3 ligase complex DTL/CDT2 is also involved in the regulation of other proteins involved in the G2/M cell cycle checkpoint.
Alternate Names
CDT2; DCAF2; DDB1- and CUL4-associated factor 2; denticleless protein homolog; L2DTL; lethal(2) denticleless protein homolog; RAMP; RA-regulated nuclear matrix-associated protein; retinoic acid-regulated nuclear matrix-associated protein
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
