Rabbit anti-EpsinR Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-926A maps to a region between residue 250 and 300 of human epsin-related protein using the numbering given in entry NP_055481.1 (GeneID 9685).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to EpsinR immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-926A-T maps to a region between residue 250 and 300 of human epsin-related protein using the numbering given in entry NP_055481.1 (GeneID 9685).
Additional Product Information
Epsin R is enriched in clathrin-coated vesicles and associates with clathrin and AP1 (adaptor protein complex 1). EpsinR plays a role in transport of vesicles in the endosomal/trans-Golgi network and at the synapses of neurons. The EpsinR gene has been associated with the genetic susceptibility to schizophrenia.
Alternate Names
clathrin interacting protein localized in the trans-Golgi region; clathrin interactor 1; Clathrin-interacting protein localized in the trans-Golgi region; CLINT; ENTH; enthoprotin; EPN4; EPNR; epsin 4; Epsin-4; epsinR; epsin-related protein
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
