Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ERK1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A302-060A maps to a region between residue 329 and 379 of human extracellular signal-related kinase 1 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 3) using the numbering given in entry NP_002737.2 (GeneID 5595).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ERK1 immobilized on solid support.

Extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1 (ERK1/p44), also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MAPK3), and extracellular signal-regulated kinase 2 (ERK2/p42), also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 (MAPK1), are part of a signal transduction pathway that begins with the small GTPase Ras and continues through a cascade of protein kinases that include Raf and MEK. Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
