The epitope recognized by A305-835A maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human Mitotic spindle-associated MMXD complex subunit MIP18 using the numbering given in entry Q9Y3D0.1 (GeneID 51647).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

FAM96B is a component of the cytosolic iron-sulfur protein assembly (CIA) complex, a multiprotein complex that mediates the incorporation of iron-sulfur cluster into extramitochondrial Fe/S proteins. As a CIA complex component and in collaboration with CIAO1 and MMS19, FAM96B binds to and facilitates the assembly of most cytosolic-nuclear Fe/S proteins. Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
