Rabbit anti-FLN29 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-674A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human FLN29 Gene Product using the numbering given in entry NP_001137378.1 (GeneID 10906).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to FLN29 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-674A-T maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human FLN29 Gene Product using the numbering given in entry NP_001137378.1 (GeneID 10906).
Additional Product Information
FLN29 is a negative feedback regulator that controls excessive innate immune responses. It regulates both Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and DDX58/RIG1-like helicases (RLH) pathways. FLN29 may inhibit the LTR pathway by direct interaction with TRAF6 and attenuation of NF-kappa-B activation It may negatively regulate the RLH pathway downstream from MAVS and upstream of NF-kappa-B and IRF3 (By similarity) [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O14545].
Alternate Names
FLN29; FLN29 gene product; Protein FLN29; TRAF-type zinc finger domain-containing protein 1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
