Rabbit anti-ICLN Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-521A maps to a region between residue 187 to 237 of human Chloride Conductance Regulatory Protein ICln using the numbering given in entry NP_001284.1 (GeneID 1207).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ICLN immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-521A-T maps to a region between residue 187 to 137 of human Chloride Conductance Regulatory Protein ICln using the numbering given in entry NP_001284.1 (GeneID 1207).
Additional Product Information
Chloride channel nucleotide sensitive 1A (ICLN) is a protein that functions in multiple regulatory pathways. ICLN complexes with numerous cytosolic proteins and performs diverse functions including regulation of small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biosynthesis, platelet activation and cytoskeletal organization.ICLN is also found associated with the plasma membrane where it functions as a chloride current regulator [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 1207)].
Alternate Names
chloride channel regulatory protein; chloride channel, nucleotide sensitive 1A; chloride conductance regulatory protein ICln; chloride ion current inducer protein; CLCI; CLNS1B; i(Cln); ICln; methylosome subunit pICln; reticulocyte pICln; reticulocyte protein ICln
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
