Rabbit anti-INT7 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-271A maps to a region between residues 850 and 900 of human INT7 using the numbering given in TrEMBL entry Q9NVH2 (GeneID 25896).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific INT7 to immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-271A-T maps to a region between residues 850 and 900 of human INT7 using the numbering given in TrEMBL entry Q9NVH2 (GeneID 25896).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
INT7 is subunit 7 of the integrator complex. The integrator complex is composed of at least 12 subunits and associates with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II to mediate 3’-end processing of small-nuclear RNAs (snRNAs).
Alternate Names
C1orf73; INT7; integrator complex subunit 7
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
