Rabbit anti-ITGA4/CD49D/Integrin alpha-4 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-255A maps to a region between residue 982 to 1032 of human Integrin alpha-4 using the numbering given in entry P13612.3 (GeneID 3676).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ITGA4/CD49D/Integrin alpha-4 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-255A-T maps to a region between residue 982 to 1032 of human Integrin alpha-4 using the numbering given in entry P13612.3 (GeneID 3676).
Additional Product Information
Integrin subunit alpha 4 (ITGA4) is a member of the integrin alpha chain family of proteins. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain that function in cell surface adhesion and signaling [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 3676)].
Alternate Names
269C wild type; alpha 4 subunit of VLA-4 receptor; antigen CD49D, alpha-4 subunit of VLA-4 receptor; CD antigen CD49d; CD49 antigen-like family member D; CD49D; IA4; integrin alpha-4; integrin alpha-IV; very late activation protein 4 receptor, alpha 4 subunit; VLA-4 subunit alpha
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
