Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to KRAP immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A304-607A maps to a region between residue 1209 to 1259 of human KRAS-Induced Actin-Interacting Protein using the numbering given in entry NP_001123917.1 (GeneID 6744).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to KRAP immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A304-607A-T maps to a region between residue 1209 to 1259 of human KRAS-Induced Actin-Interacting Protein using the numbering given in entry NP_001123917.1 (GeneID 6744).

Additional Product Information

KRAS-induced actin-interacting protein (KRAP) is located near the plasma membrane. KRAP is associated with actin filaments and may also exist as a membrane-bound form with extracellular regions [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P28290].

Alternate Names

cleavage signal-1 protein; CS1; CS-1; ITPR-interacting domain-containing protein 2; ki-ras-induced actin-interacting protein; KRAP; KRAS-induced actin-interacting protein; SPAG13; sperm associated antigen 13; sperm specific antigen 2; sperm-specific antigen 2; SSFA2

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
