Additional Product Information

KRR1 is required for 40S ribosome biogenesis. KRR1 is involved in nucleolar processing of pre-18S ribosomal RNA and ribosome assembly [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q13601].

Alternate Names

HIV-1 rev binding protein 2; HIV-1 Rev-binding protein 2; HRB2; KRR1 small subunit processome component homolog; KRR1, small subunit (SSU) processome component, homolog; KRR-R motif-containing protein 1; Rev interacting protein; rev-interacting protein 1; RIP-1

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
