Rabbit anti-Lasu1/Ureb1 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00439 maps to a region between residues 2250 and 2300 of human Upstream Regulatory Element Binding Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_113584.3 (GeneID 10075).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Ureb1/Lasu1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00439-T maps to a region between residues 2250 and 2300 of human Upstream Regulatory Element Binding Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_113584.3 (GeneID 10075).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
The conjugation of ubiquitin to proteins is an important means to regulate protein activity for many cellular processes by tagging them for degradation. Lasu1/Ureb1 is an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that mediates the ubiquitination of core histones, Mcl-1, Cdc6, and p53. Lasu1/Ureb1 expression is regulated during spermatogenesis and appears to play a role in chromatin modification in germ cells as well as other tissues.
