Rabbit anti-LSR Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-471A-T maps to a region between residue 543 to 593 of human Lipolysis Stimulated Lipoprotein Receptor using the numbering given in entry NP_991403.1 (GeneID 51599).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to LSR immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Lipolysis-stimulated lipoprotein receptor (LSR) plays a probable role in the clearance of triglyceride-rich lipoprotein from blood. LSR binds chylomicrons, LDL and VLDL in presence of free fatty acids and allows their subsequent uptake in the cells (By similarity) [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q86X29].
Alternate Names
ILDR3; immunoglobulin-like domain containing receptor 3; lipolysis-stimulated lipoprotein receptor; lipolysis-stimulated remnant; LISCH protein; LISCH7; liver-specific bHLH-Zip transcription factor
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
