Rabbit anti-NCOA62 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00192 maps to a region between residues 450 and 500 of human Nuclear Receptor Coactivator, 62 kD (SKIIP, SKI Interacting Protein) using the numbering given in entry NP_036377.1 (GeneID 22938). Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to NCOA62 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00192-T maps to a region between residues 450 and 500 of human Nuclear Receptor Coactivator, 62 kD (SKIIP, SKI Interacting Protein) using the numbering given in entry NP_036377.1 (GeneID 22938).
Additional Product Information
NCOA62 is an integral component of the splicesome that functions in pre-mRNA splicing. NCOA62 has also been demonstrated to function as a coactivator of the Notch transcription factor and the vitamin D nuclear receptor. Additionally, NCOA2 exhibits transcriptional repression activity and associates with the N-Cor and SMRT corepressors. Recent evidence suggests a role for NCOA62 in transcription elongation.
