Rabbit anti-PDCD11 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-805A-T maps to a region between residue 1821 and 1871 of human Programmed Cell Death 11 using the numbering given in entry NP_055791.1 (GeneID 22984).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PDCD11 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Programmed cell death 11 (PDCD11) is essential for the generation of mature 18S rRNA, specifically necessary for cleavages at sites A0, 1 and 2 of the 47S precursor. Directly interacts with U3 snoRNA and may be involved in the biogenesis of rRNA [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q14690].
Alternate Names
ALG4; ALG-4; apoptosis-linked gene 4; NFBP; NF-kappa-B-binding protein; programmed cell death protein 11; protein RRP5 homolog; RRP5
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
