Rabbit anti-PDZ-RhoGEF IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00581 maps to a region between residue 1472 and 1522 of human PDZ-RhoGEF using the numbering given in entry NP_055599.1 (GeneID 9826).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PDZ-RhoGEF immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00581-T maps to a region between residue 1472 and 1522 of human PDZ-RhoGEF using the numbering given in entry NP_055599.1 (GeneID 9826).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
PDZ-RhoGEF. (PDZ domain-containing Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor) catalyzes the exchange of GDP for GTP on the GTPase, Rho, to activate downstream signaling pathways. It contains a PDZ [post synaptic density protein (PSD95), Drosophila dis large tumor suppressor (DIgA), and zonula occludens-1 protein (zo-1)] domain which is an 80-90 amino acid structural domain found in signaling proteins in bacteria, yeast, plants, and animals. PDZ-RhoGEF has been shown to be important to cell migration and the regulation of adhesion movement and trailing edge retraction.
Alternate Names

Applications
Epitope exposure is recommended.
Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.
Likely to work with frozen sections.
In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
