Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PolD3/p66 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A301-244A maps to a region between residue 416 and 466 of human DNA polymerase delta, subunit 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_006582.1 (GeneID 10714).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PolD3/p66 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A301-244A-T maps to a region between residue 416 and 466 of human DNA polymerase delta, subunit 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_006582.1 (GeneID 10714).

Additional Product Information

PolD3/p66 is a subunit of the heterotetrameric DNA polymerase delta that plays a role in DNA replication and repair. The PolD3/p66 subunit has been shown to mediate the interaction between DNA polymerase delta and PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) to facilitate processivity.

Alternate Names

DNA polymerase delta subunit 3; DNA polymerase delta subunit C; DNA polymerase delta subunit p66; DNA polymerase delta subunit p68; P66; P68; Pol delta C subunit (p66); polymerase (DNA) delta 3, accessory subunit; polymerase (DNA-directed), delta 3, accessory subunit; PPP1R128; protein phosphatase 1, regulatory subunit 128

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
