The epitope recognized by IHC-00239 maps to a region between residue 625 and 675 of human RNA binding motif protein 12 using the numbering given in entry NP_690051.1 (GeneID 10137).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
