Rabbit anti-RNF216 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-113A-T maps to a region between residue 816 to 866 of human Ring Finger Protein 216 using the numbering given in entry NP_996999.1 (GeneID 54476).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RNF216 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Ring finger protein 216 (RNF216) specifically colocalizes and interacts with the serine/threonine protein kinase, receptor-interacting protein (RIP). Zinc finger domains RNF216 are required for its interaction with RIP and for inhibition of TNF- and IL1-induced NF-kappa B activation pathways. RNF216 may also function as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and transfers it to substrates [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 10084)].
Alternate Names
CAHH; E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF216; RING finger protein 216; RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF216; triad domain-containing protein 3; TRIAD3; U7I1; UBCE7IP1; ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 7-interacting protein 1; ZIN; zinc finger protein inhibiting NF-kappa-B
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
