Rabbit anti-ROC1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-462A maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human Regulator of Cullins 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_055063.1 (GeneID 9978).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ROC1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A303-462A-T maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human Regulator of Cullins 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_055063.1 (GeneID 9978).
Additional Product Information
ROC1 (regulator of cullins 1) is also known as RBX1 (ring-box 1 E3 ubiquitin protein ligase). ROC1 interacts with cullin proteins and likely plays a role in ubiquitination processes necessary for cell cycle progression.
Alternate Names
BA554C12.1; E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RBX1; E3 ubiquitin-protein transferase RBX1; Protein ZYP; Rbx1; regulator of cullins 1; RING finger protein 75; ring-box 1, E3 ubiquitin protein ligase; RING-box protein 1; RNF75; ROC1; ZYP protein
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
