Rabbit anti-RPL15/Ribosomal Protein L15 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-053A maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human 60S ribosomal protein L15 using the numbering given in entry P61313.2 (GeneID 6138).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RPL15/Ribosomal Protein L15 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-053A-T maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human 60S ribosomal protein L15 using the numbering given in entry P61313.2 (GeneID 6138).
Additional Product Information
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPL15 is a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L15E family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 6138)].
Alternate Names
60S ribosomal protein L15; DBA12; EC45; L15; large ribosomal subunit protein eL15; RPL10; RPLY10; RPYL10
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
