Rabbit anti-SREK1/SFRS12 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-104A maps to a region between residue 458 to 508 of human Splicing regulatory glutamine/lysine-rich protein 1 using the numbering given in entry Q8WXA9.1 (GeneID 140890).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SREK1/SFRS12 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-104A-T maps to a region between residue 458 to 508 of human Splicing regulatory glutamine/lysine-rich protein 1 using the numbering given in entry Q8WXA9.1 (GeneID 140890).
Additional Product Information
This gene SREK1 encodes Splicing regulatory glutamine/lysine-rich protein 1, a member of a family of serine/arginine-rich (SR) splicing proteins containing RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains. The encoded protein interacts with other SR proteins to modulate splice site selection [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 140890)].
Alternate Names
serine/arginine-rich-splicing regulatory protein 86; serine-arginine-rich splicing regulatory protein 508; SFRS12; splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 12; splicing regulatory glutamic acid/lysine-rich protein 1; splicing regulatory glutamine/lysine-rich protein 1; Splicing regulatory protein 508; SRrp508; SRrp86
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
