Rabbit anti-TDRD7 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-126A maps to a region between residue 1048 to 1098 of human Tudor domain-containing protein 7 using the numbering given in entry Q8NHU6.2 (GeneID 23424).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to TDRD7 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-126A-T maps to a region between residue 1048 to 1098 of human Tudor domain-containing protein 7 using the numbering given in entry Q8NHU6.2 (GeneID 23424).
Additional Product Information
The Tudor domain-containing protein 7 encoded by the gene TDRD7 belongs to the Tudor family of proteins. This protein contains conserved Tudor domains and LOTUS domains. It is a component of RNA granules, which function in RNA processing. Mutations in this gene have been associated with cataract formation in mouse and human [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 23424)].
Alternate Names
CATC4; epididymis secretory sperm binding protein; PCTAIRE2-binding protein; PCTAIRE2BP; TRAP; tudor domain-containing protein 7; tudor repeat associator with PCTAIRE 2; Tudor repeat associator with PCTAIRE-2
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
