Rabbit anti-TIGIT Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody [BLR047F]
Product Details
Specifications
Immunogen was a peptide representing a region between residue 194 and the C-terminus (residue 244) of human T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains precursor (TIGIT) using the numbering given in entry NP_776160.2 (Gene ID 201633).
Additional Product Information
TIGIT is a member of the PVR (poliovirus receptor) family of immunoglobin proteins and is expressed on several classes of T cells including follicular B helper T cells (TFH). TIGIT has been shown to bind PVR with high affinity; this binding is thought to assist interactions between TFH and dendritic cells to regulate T cell dependent B cell responses. [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 201633)].
Alternate Names
T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains; V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 9; V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 9; V-set and transmembrane domain containing 3; V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 3; VSIG9; VSIG9, VSTM3; VSTM3; Washington University cell adhesion molecule; WUCAM
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
