Additional Product Information
UQCC1 is a transmembrane protein that is structurally similar to the mouse basic fibroblast growth factor repressed ZIC-binding protein. In mouse this protein may be involved in fibroblast growth factor regulated growth control. In humans, polymorphisms in this gene are associated with variation in human height and osteoarthritis [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 55245)].
Alternate Names
basic FGF-repressed Zic-binding protein; bFGF-repressed Zic-binding protein; BFZB; C20orf44; CBP3; cytochrome B protein synthesis 3 homolog; ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex chaperone CBP3 homolog; ubiquinol-cytochrome-c reductase complex assembly factor 1; UQCC
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
