Rabbit anti-WDHD1/AND-1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-141A maps to a region between residue 1079 and 1129 of human WD repeat and HMG-box DNA binding protein 1 (acidic nucleoplasmic DNA-binding protein 1) using the numbering given in entry NP_009017.1 (GeneID 11169).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to WDHD1/AND-1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-141A-T maps to a region between residue 1079 and 1129 of human WD repeat and HMG-box DNA binding protein 1 (acidic nucleoplasmic DNA-binding protein 1) using the numbering given in entry NP_009017.1 (GeneID 11169).
Additional Product Information
WDHD1/AND-1 contains multiple N-terminal WD domains and a C-terminal high mobility group (HMG) box. The WD repeat is defined by four or more repeating units of a conserved core of approximately 40 amino acids ending with tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD). WD repeats may serve as sites of protein-protein interaction for adaptor proteins and facilitate multiprotein complex formation. HMG boxes exhibit DNA binding activity and may be involved in chromatin assembly.
Alternate Names
Acidic nucleoplasmic DNA-binding protein 1; AND1; AND-1; CHTF4; CTF4; CTF4, chromosome transmission fidelity factor 4 homolog; WD repeat and HMG-box DNA-binding protein 1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
