Rabbit anti-WDR3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-553A maps to a region between residue 225 and 275 of human WD repeat-containing domain 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_006775.1 (GeneID 10885).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to WDR3 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-553A-T maps to a region between residue 225 and 275 of human WD repeat-containing domain 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_006775.1 (GeneID 10885).
Additional Product Information
WDR3 (WD repeat containing protein 3) is a member of the WD protein family. The WD repeat is defined by four or more repeating units of a conserved core of approximately 40 amino acids ending with tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD). WD repeats may serve as sites of protein-protein interaction for adaptor proteins and facilitate multiprotein complex formation. WD proteins are involved in a variety of cellular processes. The function of WDR3 has not been characterized.
Alternate Names

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
