Rabbit anti-WDR33 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-152A maps to a region between residue 1286 and 1336 of human WD repeat domain 33 using the numbering given in entry NP_060853.3 (GeneID 55339).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to WDR33 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-152A-T maps to a region between residue 1286 and 1336 of human WD repeat domain 33 using the numbering given in entry NP_060853.3 (GeneID 55339).
Additional Product Information
WDR33 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. The WD repeat is defined by four or more repeating units of a conserved core of approximately 40 amino acids ending with tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD). WD repeats may serve as sites of protein-protein interaction for adaptor proteins and facilitate multiprotein complex formation. Studies show that WDR33 is a nuclear protein that is highly expressed in testis, and it is suggested to play a role in cytodifferentiation or DNA recombination.
Alternate Names
NET14; pre-mRNA 3' end processing protein WDR33; WD repeat-containing protein 33; WD repeat-containing protein WDC146; WDC146
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
