Rabbit anti-WDR43 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A302-478A maps to a region between residue 627 and 677 of human WD repeat domain 43 using the numbering given in entry NP_055946.1 (GeneID 23160).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to WDR43 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A302-478A-T maps to a region between residue 627 and 677 of human WD repeat domain 43 using the numbering given in entry NP_055946.1 (GeneID 23160).
Additional Product Information
WDR43 contains six WD repeats and is a member of the WD family of proteins. The WD repeat is defined by four or more repeating units of a conserved core of approximately 40 amino acids ending with tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD). WD repeats may serve as sites of protein-protein interaction for adaptor proteins and facilitate multiprotein complex formation. WD proteins are involved in a variety of cellular processes. The function of WDR43 has not been characterized.
Alternate Names
NET12; U3 small nucleolar RNA-associated protein 5 homolog; UTP5; UTP5, small subunit (SSU) processome component, homolog; WD repeat-containing protein 43
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
