Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF324 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A303-256A maps to a region between residue 503 and 553 of human Zinc Finger Protein 324 using the numbering given in entry NP_055162.1 (GeneID 25799).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Additional Product Information

Zinc-finger protein 324A (ZNF324) is also known as ZF5128. ZNF324 belongs to the kreuppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and contains nine C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 KRAB domain. The function of ZNF324 has not been characterized but likely plays a role in the regulation of transcription.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
