Rabbit anti-ZNF598 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-108A maps to a region between residue 375 to 425 of human Zinc finger protein 598 using the numbering given in entry Q86UK7.1 (GeneID 90850).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF598 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-108A-T maps to a region between residue 375 to 425 of human Zinc finger protein 598 using the numbering given in entry Q86UK7.1 (GeneID 90850).
Additional Product Information
Zinc-finger proteins bind nucleic acids and play important roles in various cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The protein encoded by the gene ZNF598, Zinc Finger Protein 598, and Grb10-interacting GYF protein 2 have been identified as a components of the mammalian 4EHP (m4EHP) complex. The complex is thought to function as a translation repressor in embryonic development [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 90850)].
Alternate Names
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ZNF598; HEL2; Zinc finger protein 598
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
