Rabbit anti-ZNF711 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-280A maps to a region between residue 100 and 150 of human Zinc Finger Protein 711 using the numbering given in entry NP_068838.3 (GeneID 7552).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF711 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A303-280A-T maps to a region between residue 100 and 150 of human Zinc Finger Protein 711 using the numbering given in entry NP_068838.3 (GeneID 7552).
Additional Product Information
Zinc-finger protein 711 (ZNF711) belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and contains 12 C2H2-type zinc-fingers. ZNF711 is a transcriptional regulator required for brain development. ZNF711 probably acts as a transcription factor that binds to the promoter of target genes and recruits PHF8 histone demethylase, leading to activate expression of genes involved in neuron development, such as KDM5C [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q9Y462].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
