Rabbit anti-ZWINT-1 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00095 maps to a region between residue 225 and the C-terminus (residue 277) of human ZW10 Interactor-1 using the numbering given in entry NP_008988.2 (GeneID 11130). Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZWINT-1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00095-T maps to a region between residue 225 and the C-terminus (residue 277) of human ZW10 Interactor-1 using the numbering given in entry NP_008988.2 (GeneID 11130).
Additional Product Information
Yeast 2-hybrid and localization studies show that human ZW10 interacting protein 1 (ZWINT-1) interacts with HZw10 in active centromeres and may play a role in directing HZw10 to the kinetochore during prometaphase. HZw10 is a component of the mitotic checkpoint that associates with the kinetochore to ensure chromosome fidelity during cell division.
