RTScript™ is an engineered M-MLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity and increased thermal stability.

ActiTemp-50 RTScript™ Reverse Transcriptase

ActiTemp-50 RTScript™ is a thermostable reverse transcriptase designed for challenging templates, providing warm-start functionality to reduce background reverse transcriptase activity.

  • Warm-start modification to minimizes background reverse transcription activity at low temperatures (warm-start modification is reversibly inactivated at temperatures ≥50 °C)
  • Increased reverse transcription specificity.
  • Enhanced thermal stability for improved performance with complex RNA secondary structures
