InhibiTAQ Master Mix
Inhibitor-tolerant PCR Master Mix
Inhibitors can be a major challenge in nucleic acid amplification, particularly in PCR and qPCR assays, where even trace amounts of inhibitors can compromise the sensitivity and accuracy of the results.
InhibiTAQ from Fortis Life Sciences is an advanced PCR master mix resistant to a broad range of common PCR inhibitors. InhibiTAQ Master Mix is compatible with endpoint and real-time assays and can be used in conjunction with RTScript reverse transcriptase to detect RNA and DNA. This helps improve the accuracy and sensitivity of nucleic acid amplification reactions.
Inhibitor titration for determining maximum tolerated concentration. A two-fold serial dilution of melanin (starting at 350 μg/mL) was applied to real-time qPCR reactions for the human RNaseP (RPP30) gene using 25 ng of purified human genomic DNA as a detection template.
