Rabbit anti-CSE1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-472A maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human Chromosome Segregation-1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001307.2 (GeneID 1434).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CSE1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-472A-T maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human Chromosome Segregation-1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001307.2 (GeneID 1434).
Additional Product Information
CSE1 function to re-export importin-alpha to the cytoplasm after it has transported nuclear localization signal (NLS) containing proteins to the nucleus. CSE1 is also thought to play a role in cell proliferation and the mitotic spindle checkpoint.
Alternate Names
CAS; cellular apoptosis susceptibility protein; chromosome segregation 1-like protein; CSE1; CSE1 chromosome segregation 1-like; epididymis secretory sperm binding protein; exp2; exportin-2; importin-alpha re-exporter; XPO2
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
