Rabbit anti-PAF49 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-294A-T maps to a region between residue 225 and 275 of human RNA polymerase I-associated factor PAF49 (CD3-epsilon-associated protein) using the numbering given in entry NP_036231.1 (GeneID 10849).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PAF49 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
PAF49 is subunit of RNA polymerase I. PAF49/CAST has been shown to interact with activator upstream binding factor (UBF) and plays an important role in rDNA transcription.
Alternate Names
A34.5; antisense to ERCC-1 protein; ASE1; ASE-1; CAST; CD3e antigen, epsilon polypeptide associated protein; CD3e molecule, epsilon associated protein; CD3E-associated protein; CD3-epsilon-associated protein; DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA34; PAF49; RNA polymerase I-associated factor PAF49
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
