Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-568A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Bystin using the numbering given in entry NP_004044.3 (GeneID 705).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Bystin immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-568A-T maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Bystin using the numbering given in entry NP_004044.3 (GeneID 705).
Additional Product Information
Bystin is required for processing of 20S pre-rRNA precursor and biogenesis of 40S ribosomal subunits. it may be required for trophinin-dependent regulation of cell adhesion during implantation of human embryos [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q13895].
Alternate Names
by the ribosomal protein s6 gene, drosophila, homolog-like; BYSTIN; Enp1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
