Rabbit anti-CNOT10 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-899A maps to a region between residue 600 to 650 of human CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 10 using the numbering given in entry Q9H9A5.1 (GeneID 25904).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CNOT10 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-899A-T maps to a region between residue 600 to 650 of human CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 10 using the numbering given in entry Q9H9A5.1 (GeneID 25904).
Additional Product Information
CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 10 (CNOT10) is a component of the CCR4-NOT complex which is one of the major cellular mRNA deadenylases and is linked to various cellular processes including bulk mRNA degradation, miRNA-mediated repression, translational repression during translational initiation and general transcription regulation. Additional complex functions may be a consequence of its influence on mRNA expression. Is not required for association of CNOT7 to the CCR4-NOT complex [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9H9A5].
Alternate Names
CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 10
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
