Rabbit anti-ANXA6 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-310A maps to a region between residue 525 to 575 of human Annexin A6 using the numbering given in entry P08133.3 (GeneID 309).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ANXA6 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-310A-T maps to a region between residue 525 to 575 of human Annexin A6 using the numbering given in entry P08133.3 (GeneID 309).
Additional Product Information
Annexin VI (ANXA6) belongs to a family of calcium-dependent membrane and phospholipid binding proteins. Several members of the annexin family have been implicated in membrane-related events along exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. Annexin VI has been implicated in mediating the endosome aggregation and vesicle fusion in secreting epithelia during exocytosis [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 309)].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
