Rabbit anti-APBB2 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-798A maps to a region between residue 708 and 758 of human Amyloid Beta (A4) Precursor Protein-Binding, Family B, Member 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_001159522.1
(GeneID 323).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to APBB2 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A303-798A-T maps to a region between residue 708 and 758 of human Amyloid Beta (A4) Precursor Protein-Binding, Family B, Member 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_001159522.1 (GeneID 323).
Additional Product Information
Amyloid beta A4 precursor protein-binding family B member 2 (APBB2) interacts with the cytoplasmic domains of amyloid beta (A4) precursor protein and amyloid beta (A4) precursor-like protein 2. APBB2 contains two phosphotyrosine binding (PTB) domains, which are thought to function in signal transduction[taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 323)].
Alternate Names
amyloid-beta A4 precursor protein-binding family B member 2; FE65L; FE65L1; Fe65-like 1; protein Fe65-like 1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
