Rabbit anti-ASCC3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-015A-T maps to a region between residue 2152 to 2202 of human Activating Signal Cointegrator 1 Complex Subunit 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_006819.2 (GeneID 10973).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ASCC3 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Activating signal cointegrator 1 complex subunit 3 (ASCC3) is a 3'-5' DNA helicase involved in repair of alkylated DNA. ASCC3 promotes DNA unwinding to generate single-stranded substrate needed for ALKHB3, enabling ALKHB3 to process alkylated N3-methylcytosine (3mC) within double-stranded regions. ASCC3 also enhances NF-kappa-B, SRF and AP1 transactivation [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9Y3R0].
Alternate Names
activating signal cointegrator 1 complex subunit 3; ASC-1 complex subunit P200; ASC1p200; HELIC1; helicase, ATP binding 1; RNA helicase family; RNAH; trip4 complex subunit p200
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
